Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 4, 2026
This policy explains what information Parallax Sciences Inc. ("Parallax Sciences", "we") collects, why we collect it, and how we protect it. It covers two things: this website, parallaxsciences.com, and the internal tool we use to publish videos to our own YouTube channels.
The parallaxsciences.com website
What we collect
When you send a message through the contact form, we receive:
- your name, email address, and message
- your company name, if you choose to enter it
- the IP address your message came from
Our web server also keeps standard access logs, which record the IP address, time, and page of each request. The site uses no cookies, no analytics, and no advertising or tracking scripts.
How we use it
We use your message and contact details only to reply to you. We use IP addresses only to block spam and abuse, for example to limit how many messages one address can send in an hour.
Who we share it with
The contact form sends your message to our inbox through an email delivery service, which processes the message only to deliver it. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with anyone else.
How long we keep it
We keep contact messages for as long as we need them to answer you and to keep a record of our conversation, and we delete them on request. Server logs rotate and are removed automatically.
Our YouTube publishing tool
We use an internal tool to upload videos to YouTube channels that we own. The tool uses the YouTube API Services, and our use of it is bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google handles any information it receives under the Google Privacy Policy.
When we sign in with Google, the tool reads the ID and name of the selected channel and uploads videos, captions, and thumbnails to it. It does not access comments, subscribers, analytics, or any data about viewers. It stores only the Google sign-in it was given and the ID and name of the channel, and it keeps them private. It uses no cookies, and we do not sell or share any of this information.
We can remove the access of the tool at any time from the Google third-party connections page. When we stop using the tool, we remove its access and delete what it stored.
Security
The website is served only over HTTPS. Credentials and tokens are kept out of our source code and stored with access limited to their owner.
Your rights
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Send your request to the email address below and we will reply within 30 days.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update it on this page and change the date at the top.
